Return Policy (Dapper Pets)
At Dapper Pets we want you to be fully satisfied with all of your purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Dapper Pets will gladly accept your merchandise back. However, the following conditions apply:
· The products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
· The products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
· Shipping fees will only be refunded in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, or orders filled in error.
· All original paperwork must accompany your return.
· Dapper Pets is not responsible for shipping charges on returns

Once this information is received, you will receive an R.A. (return authorization) number, via e-mail. This will provide you details on how and where to return your merchandise.
Once your order has been approved according to the Dapper Pet return policy, you will receive a refund or exchange in a timely manner.
